Competition Terms & Conditions - Naturopathic Consultation Giveaways November 2025
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older.
Employees and contractors of The Melbourne Apothecary are not eligible to enter.
By entering this competition (“Competition”), entrants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Like the Instagram page for @the_melbourne_apothecary
Like the Instagram page of the associated naturopath (as tagged in the competition post)
Like the competition post
Comment on the post
Bonus entries are available as follows:
+ 1 bonus entry per friend tagged in the comments
+ 1 bonus entry per Instagram story shared that tags @the_melbourne_apothecary
Entries must be submitted before 11:59 am AEDT on the closing date listed in the competition post.
Multiple entries are permitted only as outlined above. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
3. Promotional Period and Winner Selection
The first winner will be selected and notified via Instagram direct message on Saturday 15 November 2025 in the afternoon.
Two additional winners will be selected and notified on each of the following two Saturday afternoons.
Each winner must book their appointment within two weeks of being notified of their win.
If a winner does not respond within five business days or fails to book within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner chosen.
4. Prize Details
Each winner will receive one (1) x 60-minute Naturopathic Initial Consultation at The Melbourne Apothecary, valued at AUD $195.
The consultation must be booked directly with The Melbourne Apothecary and is subject to availability.
No product is included in the prize. Winners are under no obligation to purchase any products recommended by the naturopath.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service.
5. General Conditions
We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.
We may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond our control affect its integrity or fairness.
Our decision in relation to all aspects of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, you consent to your name and Instagram handle being announced on our social media channels if you win.
Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Instagram Disclaimer
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram.
By participating, you release Meta and Instagram from any responsibility for any loss, damage or liability arising from the Competition.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

The Competition runs from Monday 1 December 2025 to 12:00 pm (noon) AEDT on Sunday 7 December 2025.
Two winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message on the afternoon of Sunday 7 December 2025.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
4. Prize Details
Each winner will receive one (1) Mushroom Bundle from Evolution Botanicals, containing:
10 Mushroom Formula (100g)
Lion’s Mane Extract (100g)
Tremella Extract (100g)
Approximate value per bundle: AUD $202.80
The prize is:
Non-transferable
Non-refundable
Not redeemable for cash
Not exchangeable for services at The Melbourne Apothecary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
