Digital consultations. These are designed to help you access better health through an integrated systems based approach. Typically, consultations are are fortnightly or monthly and tailored nutritional advice, supplementation and herbal remedies may be given.

Life & Breath Coaching with Carly
Digital sessions. There are two different types.
The Instant Calm Buteyko breath coaching sessions are designed to be continuous or stand alone. The best approach is to do 3 sessions at 1 week intervals. This will give you all the foundational tools and exercises you’ll need to make a meaningful impact on your nervous system (ie improving sleep and digestion, relieving stress, anxiety and panic attacks, and helping you breathe more easily and manage respiratory conditions like asthma, sinusitis and more). You’ll learn simple and repeatable techniques that help you retrain your breathing patterns for life.
The life coaching & self image coaching sessions are designed to help you grow, transform and move beyond your current obstacles to create a life and experience that you choose on purpose, not accept by default. These are best used as continuous on a fortnightly or monthly basis to help keep you motivated and taking action towards your goals.
