FAQs
Can I get all my supplements from The Melbourne Apothecary?
We are a prescription only Apothecary, meaning simply - yes, you can collect your medicines from us if they’ve been prescribed to you by a practitioner (outside of our team, or within our team). You will need to bring your prescription with you or email it to us before you visit if coming to us from an externally prescribing practitioner.
Do you post or do I collect my supplements?
The Melbourne Apothecary offers both in-person and telehealth consultations. You can collect your herbal medicines, therapeutic creams and herbal teas in store at the time of your in-person appointment, and your nutritional medicines will be posted to you quickly and easily through our online partner, Vital.ly.
I am a practitioner - can I prescribe through you?
Yes. We welcome all prescriptions from all practitioners with TGA approval. Contact us for an up to date list of items we stock via ma@cometoma.com.au. Once you’ve decided on what you’d like to prescribe, email through your prescription and patient details to us. We will call them to arrange payment and collection.
